Suggester Says: It's quite a simplistic shot, but I feel that the physical and literal representation of 'Balance' is so profound here. What I really like is how the photographer seized the opportunity here and... really, who would think to shoot a person balanced on a rail like this?

I really want to try this, except the railing would have butter on it and I would be sliding down going "WEEEEEEEEEE"

until I fell off and woke up in the hospital with a concussion trying to remember what happened. That seriously looks like fun

As for the picture well done

I love how the lighting is, what ever time of day you shot was just perfectly chosen, And the stairs, I don't know I just like it, every thing works in this piece nicely hand in hand and it was DEFIANTLY a well earned Daliy Deviation

The piece is a good represenation of symmetry and the delicacy of balance itself. The angle of the shot makes a dramatic scene, making the viewer seethe; wondering if the subject may fall. The position of the subject also shows a small sense of movement. The angles of her limbs give some sense of the difficulty of balancing on such a thin structure. I also give kudos to the brave model who may or may not have risked injury for a risky photoshoot.
Very well done on getting the shot and I hope you will do more dramatic shots like this one.
